Both of our PWDs are from home hobby breeders and NOT puppy mills. Inbreeding in large-scale settings is a growing problem within the PWD community and we hope a few more folks join the ranks, to keep this legacy breed alive in the coming decades!

Cora, from the Gulf Coast
Cora is our pretty brown girl, with a classic PWD personality. A little aloof, but always on the lookout for danger, she is an excellent watch dog for our chickens and she has the best hearing out of all our dogs! She loves to play with her Aussie best friends, and lay on the grass looking out for what might be on the horizon.
Cora adores her puppies and takes excellent care of them, but also enjoys her own pampering after they are weaned!

Lorenzo, from the hills of Ohio
Lorenzo is a fluffy black PWD who has the forever-puppy look even as an adult. He has a uniquely social and soft temperament, a shy quieter guy without being fearful. Lorenzo gets along with everyone and is happy wherever he is! Many of his puppies inherit his beautiful black, deep-pool eyes.
